Student/School Info

The first page of the IEP introduces the student and their educational information (date of birth, home address, home school information, etc.). ​Additionally, it states the student's primary exceptionality category.

This category might include exceptionalities such as:

• autism

• intellectual disability (ID)

• specific learning disability (SLD)
